Jörg Lübbehüsen, CEO, co-founded the company emkon. in the year 2000. He is head of the departments finance, purchasing, accounting, controlling and parts manufacturing.

Since 1992, Jörg Lübbehüsen has dealt with the engineering and design of packaging machines. He was employed at Focke & Co., Verden for several years, his last position was team leader development.

Jörg Lübbehüsen supports together with Andreas Dittrich young people to optimize training opportunities. In the year 2007, they founded the association emforce.

Jörg Lübbehüsen was born in 1967, he is married and has two children.

Andreas Dittrich is co-founder and CEO of the company emkon.. He is head of the departments sales, marketing, service and development of new technologies.

Andreas Dittrich has experience in engineering and design of packaging machines for over 25 years. He worked several years at Focke & Co., Verden. There, he was leader of the electrical design and development department for general packaging.

Besides his job at emkon. Andreas Dittrich gets, among other things, involved in the association emforce.

Andreas Dittrich was born in 1964, he is married and father of two children.
