Certified as family-friendly company

In November 2007, the company emkon. was certified as family-friendly company from the audit “berufundfamilie”. During the last years, the certificate of the audit „berufundfamilie“ has developed to an approved seal of quality regarding family-oriented personnel policy. Companies and institutions, which achieve such a certificate, prove practicing effective family-oriented personnel policy.

Membership “Success Factor Family”

The membership of the corporate network “Success Factor Family” initiated by the Federal Ministry for Family Affairs was the next step of the company emkon. The minister Ursula von der Leyen honored emkon. as 1000th member. The Federal Ministry for Family Affairs and the Federation of German Chambers of Industry and Commerce (DIHK) set up this network. This network would like to point out family-friendly commitment and to motivate others to realize ideas and activities of a better work-family balance during daily routine.
